Changing positions in contemporary painting — large in format, strong in colour, often somewhere between memory and the present. Open to everyone.
Evenings when the paintings get an audience: texts, oud, piano, voices. Afterwards someone almost always stays longer than they meant to.
The real reason this place exists. A meeting point where languages mix without anyone needing a programme for it.

The Space
No cuts, no commentary — one pass through the rooms on Kurze Straße. Best with the sound on.

Reading group, language café, concert, birthday: the room can be booked for your own evenings.
Setting up and taking down, the bar, translating, taking photos. If you feel like helping, there is something to do.

Visit
On the ground floor of the corner building, right in the middle of town. Just walk in — or let us know beforehand and the coffee will be waiting.
